Chandigarh, Oct 09 (PTI) The Punjab and Haryana High Court here today issued notices to the Honda Motorcyle and Scooter Workers Union and the Haryana government on a petition by the company alleging violation of Industrial Disputes Act by the employees during the process of conciliation period.
