TOKYO, Oct 1 (Reuters) - Honda Motor Co <7267.T> chief executive officer Takanobu Ito said the carmaker may have exceeded its earnings forecasts in the fiscal first-half that ended on Sept. 30 due to brisk sales in China and Japan, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday.
