A man allegedly driving a stolen motorcycle was killed after he crashed into another vehicle and was thrown off the bike in northeast Harris County early this morning, authorities said. Phillip Martinez,20, was driving a 2001 Honda motorcycle north in the 14400 block of Bohemian Hall around 3 a.m. at a high speed when he attempted to pass another vehicle, authorities said.
