New Delhi, Mar 31: Leading two-wheeler maker Hero Honda Motors Ltd today said it sales increased 15 per cent to 3,20,594 units in March compared to 2,77,915 units in the same month last year.

MUMBAI (Reuters) - Hero Honda Motors Ltd, India's top motorcycle maker, said on Monday it sold 320,594 two-wheelers in March, a jump of 15 percent from a year earlier, and that it was on track to starting operations in a new plant.

Hero Honda today reported a 15% increase in sales at 320,594 units in March when compared with 277,915 units sold in March 2007. For the full year ended March 31, 2008, the company sold 33,37,142 units as against 33,36,756 units in FY07.
