Tony Kanaan had a costly crash in a post-qualifying showdown that will force him to vacate the poll position for Sunday's Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg IRL race. Helio Castroneves will now occupy the top spot, with Kanaan's team facing an overnight task to rebuilt his vehicle.
